    members bringing a guest
    as a member you are welcome to bring a guest with you to use the gym facilities, pools & sauna & steam rooms.

    your guest will be asked to complete a general health questionnaire prior to using any of the facilities or equipment. please also encourage your guest to carry a towel whilst exercising and follow the general etiquette rules of the club.

    non-members attending classes
    non-members are welcome to attend the exercise classes by paying the class fee at reception.

    you will be able to book by telephone or in person at the club up to 2 days in advance. we ask that you contact us immediately if you change your mind or if you are unable to take part in the class.

    please arrive in plenty of time to sign in, pay the fee and be ready to start the class at the advertised time.

    the non-member class fee does not include the use of the gym, pools, sauna or steam room.
