the core value of your membership includes a progressive and gradual start up programme, that helps you to develop the exercise habit in a way that acknowledges your goals and personal preferences. All studio classes are free to members. Personal training provides the undivided attention of a highly skilled instructor, who will give you extra motivation to achieve your goals. All facilities and services in the club are included in the annual membership excluding the coffee bar, beauty treatments, massage and crèche facilities. A small fee per child will be charged for the use of the crèche per two hour session.

    as a member you are welcome to bring a guest with you to use the gym facilities, pools &  sauna & steam rooms

    your guest will be asked to complete a general health questionnaire at reception which must be completed prior to using any of the facilities or equipment. please also encourage your guest to carry a towel whilst exercising and follow the general etiquette rules of the club

    non-members attending classes

    non-members are welcome to attend the exercise classes by paying the class fee at reception.

    you will be able to book by telephone or in person at the club 2 days in advance. we ask that you contact us immediately if you change your mind or if you are unable to take part in the class. 

    please arrive in plenty of time to sign in, pay the fee and be ready to start the class at the advertised time.

    the non-member class fee does not include the use of the gym, pools, sauna or steam room.
