over 50 & I dropped 2 dress sizes!
Getting motivated is one of the hardest challenges we all face, but Cynthia just decided to have a word with herself one day earlier this year and hasn’t gone back to her old habits since. She is eating more healthily, takes notice of what her body needs to stay the healthy weight she now is and feels and looks million dollars. Visits to the gym include a mixture of her gym programme and classes such as pump, pilates, dance, spin & kinesis. Its taken Cynthia a while to accept the constant flow of compliments but truly deserves them all.
